You solution work for me but only 50% ! I have 4 Samsung R220 for unlock - in 2 phone eeprom read no problem , but other 2 not read (ICprog say - No answer from device or read only 00 00 )
I yused i2c bus for R2x reader from this pages : http://clientes.netvisao.pt/jorgef04/fotos/r-2xx.jpg !
