Post Samsung R210S- it seems code calculator don't work

hi, about SAMSUNG R210S<br /> i could read the EEPROM by cable (tested by removing afterwards the chip from phone and reading with tested ponyprog, but the calculated code (by Pajo sw) seems to be ioncorrect sice i get all the time the ILLEGAL OPERATION message when i enter #0111*.....<br />Using all other combinations #0149, #0151, *0111, *... it gives me the message NOT YET PERSONALIZED, and E2P CUSTOM RESET by entering that code didn't help either...

Can anybody give me a hand of help here???

hi,

The bin file is 100% correct, since i have checked it by removing the eeprom from the phone and reading it by 100% workink Ponyprog.<br />So the calculated code must be incorrect.

...regards, <br />gobi

Hi to all.

You must use 3V (use two 1,5V cells) to read the phone's EEPROM. I have unlocked sucessfuly many R210s phones with SCR 3.5a by Pajo. First you have to do a custom EEPROM reset, then try to use the code, with #0111*, #0151*...

Talking

How to read a R210's EEPROM correctly:

1- EEPROM MUST be read without the battery on the phone.

2- You MUST make a custom EPROM reset before reading the EEPROM. If you don't do this, codes will not calculated correctly.

3- You MUST enter the codes in the phone WITHOUT the SIM card (but of course the phone must be On).

SCR 3.6 will calculate the codes correctly. But no software is bug free, you may send EEPROM's dump to Pajo.

To Extract the right codige

in the r-200-210 <br />Only use this solution when it tha the Pajo soft give us and the soft in incorrect to pu the code in it.<br />Read the eprom<br />Look for three frecuencys to 4 bytes. These frecuencys have been stayed to eprom's start<br />Ej: <br />00B6 0039 0070 0009<br />00B6 0039 0070 0009<br />00B6 0039 0070 0009<br /> -- -- -- --<br />Put it to this form:<br />09 70 39 B6<br />Open calculator's windows and select the cientific calculator and introduce:

097039B6<br />Now select DECIMAL in the calculator.<br />This result, I etract the first number:RESULT PAST TO DECIMAL: 158349750<br />Now introduce the net code in the phone<br />#0111*58349750#<br />The phone put in it that the personalitation canceled an the phone will be free.<br />Best Regards<br /> <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
