c100 dead after hot air - GSM-Forum

hello friends,

pls help me out here,
i have a c300 that freezes and displays wait some times,
flowed the phone with hot air at first it worked well for some time and freezed again, i flowede hot air again and now phone is not coming on again,
plssssssssssssss help me out of this one,

The balls under the BGA Chipset is probably dammaged.

Change bga circuits.
