need some help for e700, search all old post, can't find solution..

i got a E700

it's able to connect to the network, but it just can't recieve or make any calls

H/W version
MP 3.600

S/W version
E700DXDC2

i just brought a data cable
PCB037LBE

Q1) do i needed to pinout my cable??
Q2) which program do i need to unlock the phone?

to original imei otherwise if that does not work it could be hardware prob.

which program should i use for changing imei in E700?? and where i can find an new imei?? imei keygenerator??

or can i use my old phone's imei to change it??

download the nasriyan tool 2.0.0

instruction

click test button or tat button
wait until it comes to 33%
then click in the imei box
then type in the imei
then click imei button

i brought a new cable (usb cable) for E700, set it up in com 3
finally it works, the imei was changed!!!

and my phone is 1000% working fine!!!

ive got a e700 as well and ive tried all the codes and alot of them work but i cant get the code to unlock the phone workin
now atm i can put any simcard in and it has no problems its just when i try to make a call its says ive got call restrictions or call barrin and when i put in a VIRGIN simcard it says its blocked on the optus network but even with a optus simcard i still cant make ne calls would the solution u have just been talkin about work for me
ive been checkin out ebay.com.au for cables and they come in both serial (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....410750428&rd=1)
and in usb (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=73294&item=6410807 487&rd=1"
which cable is the one i am after and will this fix my problem
