Urgent::S500 stoped at 14% when flashing and I used all solutions any one discuss it?

s500 worked 100% when we try to flash it by arabic lang on downloader 3.3 and choosed bin1,bin2,ogm1 and ogm2 the programing stoped at14%and told me ((error aknowlege in sector down load))
the way to try to flash bin2,ogm1 and ogm2 without bin1 it taked thje flashes successfully...but see without choosing bin1
I used 3 computers all in win98 and xp
and the probleme didn't fixed

I used after that dump s500
and ereased 128M
from start address to end address
and tried to flash it again and the same probleme still here

I read full flash sysol 16Mfrom anew phone s500 have an arabic lang.
and write it on the dead phone ((I read 4 bin with ust))
when I tried to flash the dead phone by 16M it stoped at 13% on 98 and xp

I wrote in forum some body called NELIX told us about using Dumper s500 to change the dumper.txtto Dumper.bin and flash the phone by change Bin1to dumper.binthat I did and reflash the phone again
the mobil stilldead========================================
I fdlashed many phones b4 and no one of them did that
now the last solution I do >>> I try to flash it on ust by s508 flash file======================
I'm sure it's software prob. soo can any one share???

note:: chaina lang. can fix the prob.???

Solution is that Open Your Phone .. RE-HoT Your Flash IC !!! Just a little for 5 seconds ,, 3 times !!! with a Nice Hot
Becareful that Contents Under Flash IC can't be damaged ...

After that Try Flashing again

the disappoint thing that when I tried to flash it with s508 with UST stoped on 14%....

I think the hardware solution last thing I'll do it sir
the reson in my openion it's a soft prob.>>>> the bin1 file about 6M>>>when I changed the dump.txt to dump.bin the size of the dump.bin higher then the orignal bin1 >>it was about 34M and when I flashed it the mobil successfully flashed the dump.bin..and jump the sector made error in download..soo may be it's no hardware
