I flashed wrong boot. Now the phone is unflashable, because 9+on doesn't work anymore. Can any one help me soon pls?

yes, change flash memory chip...

Yes, but you need a BGA rework machine, and you need to buy a preprogrammed flashmemory from a Service center..
