it means NS Pro or UST Pro are best devices for samsung all mobiles.

Ns pro is more secure...newer messes up phones,maybe not newer but no so often then Ust pro

bouth progs can do and of course bouth have bugs...
if U know work with them so everything will be fine...

i use NS-PRO ... work 100%.... !
and flash files used by ust they are only for ust and no other progs can use them... i meen format... ns... ok by this side!
some times when update have little bug and u have to flash phone and u cannot with base prog, so use other ones. like: optiflash... ect. but ust flash file format is not compotable for ...
so good luck

Both are using factory flashing tools (DLL's).
