Please friends I want to learn how to repair phones as an expert. I have learnt some basics from a technician but in here I see a lot of experts. How can I be like some of you gurus. What I want is to be able to solve all software related issues of most smartphones like Samsung and apple phones.

My questions now are:
1. What tools do I need to achieve this?

2. What knowledge do I need and can I get here?

3. For Samsung, I know how to flash with Odin but I don't really understand some terms like Csc, Nand, Efs etc. Is there a tutorial that teach about firmware and how firmware works?

4. What is bootloader, and how does bootloader relate with firmware? Is there different versions of bootloader for a particular phone? How does bootloader affects flashing of firmware?

5. Is there a tool for frp unlocking of Samsung Galaxy devices?

6. What are common issues that occurs as software issues in Samsung Galaxy devices and how to solve them?

7. I have many questions but is it possible to have an expert here to train me please?
