my galaxy s2 not detect any sim when i dial *#06# i shows null/null
and baseband shows unknown, any solution?

here some screenshot :

anyone tell if this hardware problem because i flash it with other firmware and i changed efs,nvram,imei files also i try repair imei by octuplus & z3x any help if it hard or soft prob
and if it hard what part or ic to replace/rehot.
