S8+ (SM-G955F) fail to open recovery_cause

I have a S8+ (SM-G955F) which get stuck on the "Installing Updates" screen and then reboots itself.

I tryed to access recovery mode and I see that:

fail to open recovery_cause (No such file or directory)
Reboot Recovery Cause is [UNKNOWN]
I can access download-mode as it seems but I need the data on the phone back. So just flashing a new OS and wiping is no option. What can I do?
