unknown basband and imei nul/nul

hey evryone
i think there is a lot of people had already the same probleme like me , so my probleme is the imei and the basband on my I9300 .
i had this probleme since a long time ago when i gone back to 4.0.4 from 4.3
but i fixed it by the box zx3 .. then when i got the imei back i had another probleme wich is the emergency call but i sloved it by the patched modem and patched karnel , so evrything gone good since then and i made a backup of efs floder . after some days i flashed something by recovery i think it was accuweather widget then my problemes with the imei and the basband comeback . if i got to area where the signal is not good the imei turns to nul/nul and i dosent back at all but sometimes and suddenly it commes back
and sometimes it dosent even if i restore the efs floder i used so many ways to get ride my phone but it didnt worck ... so whats the solution please
