In many of I9300 have corrupted internal sd, OK?! this is hardware problem-need to change NAND flash IC, and this is problematic.
IN I9000 same problem, but i do trick with micro sd card (formating to reserfs and reflashing and etc.... and it is work perfect without change NAND.
Same trick i want to do with I9300, but REISRFS format for this model dont work.

Download and flash the latest TWRP recovery, download 10.1 Rom and latest gapps and put then on external SD, Factory reset and wipe everything then flash Rom and gapps, Use built in file manager in delete the CONTENTS of the folders located in" emulated", If you have any 0 folders in emulated > 0 (meaning emulated > 0 > 0 or possibly further nested 0 folders) go ahead and delete them. Do not delete emulated > 0.

i am not gives your actual solution but try above solution, hope it will be help
