    - are phone menu is "sagem like"?
    - it's any product code number under battery ?
    - what message show with/without non-operator sim card ?

    Seems you are right

    Are phone have system connector ? type ?
    If it have sagem compatible system connector try to read phone info via data cable and SagemTools by GSMFunny
    (or use SagDD box and data cable connection [unlocking option - dongle] only).

    I hope (If it have truly Sagem fw) - we can make it

    If it`s LoCosto based Sagem you can read flash from this phone with
    - sagDD;
    - smti;
    - polar box;
    - rocker dongle;
    - microbox.
    Try to read flash (I think it`s safe operation for all boxes), then send it to product supporter team.
    Also try to get code.
    I`m sure you will be surprised from one of listed boxes and well known old client version!

    Small remark, for Sagem unlocking rocker dongle uses SagDD server, microbox uses smti server.
    Also post here owner of wich box you are. Mods will move this thread in proper product support section.
