for sagem the best tool is sagmaster
bout off them have good service when you need some thing
them be there for you

if you mean SAGEM & ALCATEL in one box, i think polar is good, becausse it support now all new sagem via log

Look micro box !!! It s good for sagem locosto via log and alcatel. And Lg , samsung.

Moreover, the micro box is cheaper on market.
