Red face MC920 on Vodafone (UK)

I have tried evry piece of s/w on the web and nothing works. I read all the posts on this board and followed the instructions but after I enter the unlock code(s) (I've tried several as each piece of s/w gives me a diffenent number), I just get the countdown and then after x mins "wrong code". I now have to wait 60 mins for the new code , next time its wrong 2 hours. So, PLEASE HELP, I need some good instuctions, some good software and if poss a way of resetting this countdown timer. Although I am an IT professional, I know nothing about GSM's (my first attempt at unlocking) so please be gentle.....THANX A MILLION.

    Hi there Niel
I tried your software, but facing a problem with your instructions

    1) Do I have to use the software with the SIM inserted inside, or without it from the begining, ie. Should I use the Sagr on the phone with the SIM inside the phone?
    hope you got the point

    2) Everything works fine till <<<<load log file press calculate button,it will say wrong hash table on the top right>>> but after this I dont know what to do, I tried loading log.log and sagemt.log file alternatively for sometime but was getting the same error (0 phone unlocked).

Can you just instruct me what to do next in detail. PLease

    REx

Has anyone sucessfully unlocked their 920 yet. I'm still stuck with the "payt lock" and I'm sick of the fact that everytime you try a new unlock code and it fails, it doubles the amount of time you have to wait to try the next code. Does anyone know how to reset this timer ?
