Help me bro..
I'm from bali, My SAGEM phone can't be use here
Can't read SIM Provider here..
if insert sim (Exelcomindo/proXL) cannot open network
on Display LCD my400v

"SIM NOT PRESENT"

Note:
this phone by VODAFONE
IMEI 35855600068776 - 3
imeisv: 01

any body can calculate or unlock this phone??????
so HELP ME and give me BEST solution

the best solution for u is to buy log from your provider.
Taht phone is till now not easy supported by any hardware(of course there is a way to do with jtag but u need to have experiences with unlocking phone coz u must read flash from a chip or smthg that way by removing it from the board,a very difficult procedure for me and for many other too).
No free solution,no unlocking code via IMEI.
But use the search button,u will find one guy that claim to unlock all sagem phone by code (30€).
Anyhow have a lot of fun in our forums.
