please help with unlocking method
 

hi i have verious code calculaters the problem is how do i enter the ten digit code as it is like 12342589-23 how do i input and do i press ok or validate??

i have tried inserting other sim card and entering the code without the dash and pressing valdate but it only comes up incorect code after a 30min wait
