Member: 2964221 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Network Unlock and old Sagem RC 815 Plus So I've got an old Sagem RC 815 Plus from the late 90's which is locked to Vodafone UK. I was wondering about doing a network unlock on it, so any UK SIM card (where the network operator is in the right frequency of course) would work (e.g. O2/giffgaff). I've managed to access the third hotline menu using a technique I found online and I've written down the following values... ram adr 219 nbr 6 : prom 0 : prom 251 : prom 252 : I thought I could use them with a utility I'd found called 'sgmslck' but when they're entered it just states... "incorrect data entered/retrieved or phone uses unknown SIM-lock mechanism". Does anyone have any useful network unlocking tools for this kind of device? Thanks p.s. I asked Vodafone to unlock it, and after several months they've actually admitted they've lost the technical know-how to unlock it as it's so old. Steven |
