Firstly I'm really sorry and I understand why your pissed off, but...

I will need to refund you because:

1. You sent payment from an UNCONFIRMED address/ account after I said I would only ship to confirmed account. http://i399.photobucket.com/albums/p...3/PAYPAL22.jpg
2. I received your payment, but I am unable to use the "Print postage label" service for some reason for which I do not know. (Paypal contacted but they are f*cking useless).
3. I have been trying to refund you so you can resend funds to me, but the "Issue refund" button is NOT showing in any browser for your transaction. (Again; Paypal contacted but they are c*nts, and not helping).

So, What I propose to do now is- Send you your money back using the "send funds" option in Paypal, which for me to give you back EXACTLY what you paid me, I will need to send you extra (because Paypal will take fees from you to receive it). Also, I have been charged a fee for receiving your payment in the first place. This means that in total I am going to be about £4/£5 out of pocket. :(
