The gpu frequency is the standard one on the 6990 when the bios switch in on "1" position.
The memory speed is reduces as it is useless and setting 800 mhz instead of 1250, as is by default, makes your cards cooler up to 6-10 c° without any lost

please 1 info can u share with us, how to u use 2 PSU in a same PC? and how u power on them at a time? and where and where u give power supply with 2 deffrance PSU exm- 2 card = 1 psu and another 2 card = another psu? as this?

I just use a 5V relay. when you power on the computer the 5V off one molex start the relay which connect to ground the green wire of the second PSU starting it too.
one PSU manages mobo and 2 cards while the 2nd manages the 2 more cards and all the watercooling system.
