c25 insert sim card..with sim in the phone - GSM-Forum

is it a hardware or s.w. fault ? if hardware what to check or replace.. any one has any idea ?

1. Check SIM Slot contacts.
2. Change Dialog IC - it provide power to SIM.

sometimes it means "SimLocked"

If phone shows "insert SIM" with SIM inside, then it is non "simlocked".

In 95% it is SIM contacts only, they can be slightly moved from its position or contacts bended or dirty.

or the CPU is "dry"

I have had this problem many many times ..apply paste to all 4 sides of the CPU and re-heat well...

i will probably solve the problem ..if you have not solved it as yet
