i've siemens c65 dead (previously it's washfull if in call or playing game so i just replace it power ic (dialog ic) but i'm forget to backup so it's dead now) so please brothers help me what's the next step i must do to safe this phone?????

....all files is stored in flash chip. So, if changed the Dialog IC chip, normarly is to your phone to boot and working. Why you change the power IC, is damaged? Try to rehot again the Dialog chip. Maybe not have good contact to the balls.
