SL45 ear piece problem
 

I have a problem with this sl45. though the earpiece is good, it does not ring or bring out sound. I need help from siemens proffesional please.

This is a sl42 but its almost same phone; I supposse solution would be same too.

I don't really understand what you mean. I don't know if any solution exists of this. I am really looking for a solution to this problem.
