can anyone help me i have siemens sl55 that powers off when you close the slide it does this every time.

any ideas?

HI

65% soft problem, try to flash with a know good flash, or read from another.
35% display flex.

Good luck

Edit: I have remember a way to know. With phone registered to net and working, connect charger and wait 2h, or more, if you find phone turned off and no charger indicator then 100% soft problem.

chek battery conecction coz it could be losing contact when fone moves.also chek flex,also could be faulty.

I had the same problem twice. I thought it's flex cable or shock damaged phone or water inside or software problems - no - it was LCD board each time (the board where LCD is soldered). BR
