I thing that this is a software problem. You nead to unlock and if not work then flash a full flash and unlock.

off topic

There is diferent flash types in this phones. You nead to flash the coreckt flash for flash type. If hardware problem then try to resolder dialog, flash and procesor. If there are no broken lines on pcb must work. Sorry for my english.
