R600 NCK counter 0! "currentlu Unavailable" how to repair??? - GSM-Forum

I have a sony ericsson which is locked on o2 and when i try to enter the NCK code, it shows "currently unavilable" and the nck counter is deactivated! is there any possible way i could repair this phone?
