3650 does not stay on

I had a 3650 which had four blink problem. I flashed it with NHL83045.7C5 in both MCU and PPM. Then, I tried to Set Factory, but the phone does not turn on. With the battery, the phone turns on for 10 seconds then turns off. I cannot do Format User Area area b/c it does not stay on. I would appreciate any help. Also, I'm flashing with 3660 NHL-8 files. Is that okay?
