I have a 6230i which is working fine, except for the camera, whenever i try to switch on the camera i get an error" Memory Full Pls delete some memory" but inside in gallery its all empty, i tried full erase, full flash, PM writing, fullfactory etcc....but still the same problem exists. is there any other solution thru whihc i can repair my phone? pls inform.

Try again is still not working your RAM is error must be change it (Hardware). Not software freez.

I have repaired one unit just by flashing MCU+PPM+CNT and camera working again..

use: jaf,griffin....
tets 7600,6230,6230i.....

i am also having some same cases but in a few i was able to repair by flashing i am also waiting for any persons reply that can solve this with software i am waiting can any body help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Open Your phone and rehot flash IC. After that˙s flash phone, make ff defaults etc... Working (tested on many phones )
