Member: 36361 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Ok, so after having read these forums I need to ask you by what cable are you flashing ADSP? Someone told me that it has to be done by the DKU-2 cable and griffin box? Or is it possible to do it with the regular cables for the phones? Regards, Niclas |

Member: 163 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7,797 | looks like only FPS-8 can save it ... and prodigy of course ... for 3300 ... no problem ... adsp visibility to system is not the same as for n-gage as i remember so it can be flashed with griffin without problem but for n-gage ... problem is that ADSP device is visible for system only while MCU erasing and writing is in progress Prodigy box works like this : - start MCU erasing - paralell with MCU erasing ADSP flash is sent to phone via usb cable - MCU is flashed and afterall ... phone works grifin doesnt work that way after flashing mcu and ppm it try to initialize ADSP but too late 'cause ADSP is not visible to system anymore so it cant be flashed ... try to upgrade some lower version of n-gage and you'll see no more MP3 and mo more USB connection to pc and phone works ... because ADSP content is intact but it's not compatible anymore ... or it is being initialized and not flashed ... so ... no mp3 and usb ... i'm still waitin' for update b.r. ALexandar. |
