flashing dct3 phones

Hello, i need support for my Griffin BOX, please help.

My Box display :
V2.52 BoxID : FF8A
SN : 49022997
ACTIVATED BOX

I read many times the manual for using the box for flashing and unlocking, but i can't flash DCT3 phones, i upgrade the software to V2.085 and always whene i want to flash a DCT3 phone,
i choose the correct file MCU ana PPM for NHM-5 3310 for example but the software display :
Invalid MCU flash file specified
'C:\Program files\Nokia\Phoenix\products\NHM-5 3310\Nhm-5nx04.450

All the files are "Archive" not "Read only", i unzipped well the files for MCU and PPM,
I installed well the software with 5 CDROM, i use Windows 98SE, with avalable free disk and RAM.

In the service manual, i see that the form of the serial number is not the same with mine :
SD0052FE, mine is 49022997, the BoxID is EF8A, mine is FF8A, perhaps mine is cloned but i can
access with this serial to Griffin Team Web Site (http://www.griffinteam.net/resel.html)
to get the updates.

For the gpd files, i see that there are 6 files :
-- DCT3fs.gpd
-- dct3fs28.gpd
-- 3650.gpd
-- 9210updt.gpd
-- activation.gpd
-- support.gpd
witch file i must use for Box update?

for the activation file i think that i don't need this one (*.gak) because my Box is activated?

For the *.gps file (personal update) i don't understand what mean?

for the 5 CDROM, the CDROM number C (DCT4-2) is corrupted, can i download what is in this CDROM?

Thanks for help, BR.

Usually, this error is displayed if you try to use MCU/PPM files without proper *.ini files (in same folder for selected product).
Griffin require those *.ini files in order to flash phone, so you can't simply extract MCU and/or PPM files from Nokia product package - you need full instalation.

problem solved

thanks for reply, but the ini files are correct and in their folders, the problem is that the installer off griffin makes under products folder, many folders off each type off phone wich contains the MCU, PPM and ini files etc..., these folders are named for example for 3310 "NHM5- 3310", this is not correct for griffin software because the software search the MCU and PPM in a folder named "NHM-5", not recognize the "NHM-5 3310" folder and this is only i think in DCT3 phones, so i renamed all the foldes off DCT3 phones in this forme : NHM-5 not NHM-5 3310, NHM-6 not NHM-6 3330. now the software work properly.

please can some one help with the other point off my post?

You are right.
That's why I prefer Twister - more user friendly soft than Griffin

@naahou2000: Maybe it would be a good idea to edit your post and remove serial number of your box:-)

Regards
