how can we know our griffin clone or org ?

how can we know it, i already copy my sn to griffin team and ask for verification, but there's no answer, i put my sn in the griffin site and can download something, is this the proof that my griffin is original ?

If you can download from Griffinteam then you have the original Griffin Box, it is a good proof for doing that.

yes, i can download the update file and other stuff, but the [email protected] don't confirm me, i just waiting the confirmation to update my box, if the griffin team confirm it's clone then i don't want to update the box, and i'll return it to the reseller, coz the reseller claim it's the original when bought it

and where to download newest flash file for phone ? in the griffin support site said that only the reseller can do that and we have to ask to our reseller, but my reseller here is a real dumb dumb and don't know anything else than selling that box, is there any unofficial site for downloading that kind of stuff ?
