Is it possible to change IMEI with Griffin?
With DCT-3 you can?t do it with Griffin, use nokiatool, knok, dejan, rolis or any other software for those phones.
With DCT-4 you must first change UEM IC and then create a .ask file to send to someone who can make a .rpl from that and upload to phone.
NOTE, changing IMEI is prohibited by law in many countries!

Installation problems when installing latest Phoenix flash files.
Install earlier versions of flash file and install latest again. Some of the flash files is updates from earlier versions.

How to convert 7250 to 7250i
Make ASK for 7250 repair/conversion, get RPL file, Flash with 7250i MCU/PPM/CP, upload ASK and PM values

How to turn a flashed 6610 back to 6610 from 7210?
Make a backup of your .pmm by using the serial menu and after flashing upload it to the phone again.
If no backup exists, check the .pm file inside the nhl-4u directory and change ?. Then flash ppm again.

Where to get the latest Griffin.exe file?
Official releases of the Griffin.exe software is found at www.griffinteam.net and login with your box?s serial number.

Where to get the Phoenix flash files from?
Ask your reseller for password to their ftp-server or look around the forums mentioned above.
