I had this problem with corrupt ADSP. Flash phone and after flash is finished, select ADSP file and under Special functions you will see Flash DSP Only, you must connect handset with mini-USB and install the drivers from phoenix folder.
This should help.

I will try and follow what you say.

I am a beginner with Griffin software for Flashing Nokia phones.

I guess I can get the Flash File from Griffen Website

I have no Mini USB cable ( Have motorola usb cable ..is it the same cable or is special cable for Nokia )

Not sure about Phoenix folder (where get software for this ?)

mini-USB same as Motorola C350.

If u used griffin installer you will have this folder:

C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix

In here is another folder "FlashUSB". Here are the drivers for ADSP.
When u try to flash ADSP for the first time you will get the "New Hardware detected" window. Point it to the FlashUSB folder and it will install ADSP drivers.
After this you can flash ADSP part.

Regards, Jim
