Member: 20069 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 131 | what's Phoenix ? whenever i try to install firmware/flash file of DCT4 series for Griffin . it gives me this msg "The Phoenix application cannot be found on this PC. it is strongly recommended that Phoenix is installed before this data package etc..." some 1 plz tell me what's Phoenix ? n where to get it ? Big thanx in adv |

Member: 3620 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi, 'Phoenix' is a name of Nokia Service software. As well this firmware/flash packages which you are instaling are made just by Nokia. For your Griffin no need install any Phoenix software, just install Griffin software + this firmwares  and... if you have that info message just ignore and press button to continue installation.
