i was out of the country for 2 months now i came back and went to the support site i see nothing where is the support site gone i paid above 1000k for gti i need help

as far as i know if u payed 1000euro then andro give you free mt box nokia.

but the problem is my user pass does not work anymore on froum or on the db2020 settings
is there anyone from griffin team who can solve my problem
i can only go to support through gti tool

To use DB2020 you need to have MT box and GT server account.

Dear Sir,

I could not run GTi Tool when I try to run it It only flashes ID : Anonymous. Why is it so? Is it because of the defect in the GTi tool Box that I am using? Or is there any other reason for this kind of problem.

I want GSM team to help me out.

no kiddin tell a a good reason what did i get out of gti paying 1000k i have nt even recovered my money , was this a ripe off ??
i need no bul**** i am customer i need proper answer
its better u pay back my money cos this device off no use in future
