please urgently i can't find my file .gul for update with my serial i can download the new soft but when i need to download gul.file there is the message

We need to do some manual validations on your SN.
Please Register your email and SN, and we will contact you as soon as we've solved the problem.

please help me

Might b u failed to download file ! check the Register/Check SN on griffin team support web site ! check is that box is registered to u ? If every thing is ok send mail to this id [email protected]

yes i do that & only me is registred i don't think it is cloned cos i can download all soft any other help please
