may be too high sw version, pwr on phone then whilst it seeks network enter *#9999# if it is sw version 32 or higher it is not supported by griffin, dont know if you can downgrade sw like gd87 etc cos Ive never tried it ??

This could be one of a couple of things,

1. The file you are trying to write is not actually for that phone (always best to delete any previous logs before commencing).
2. The file was not created correctly by the griffin server.

I had this problem my self, I deleted all existng logs, reread the phone and sent to server again, and it worked fine.

I have had this problem since before xmas, also no code showing when getting code for gx phones, have emailed logs and full griffin log but have had no reply back 8-(

Phone has to be with original simcard or test card

Goto Settings/Security/Mep Locks

Enter phone code usually 0000

Select lock and Enter the code

NO CODE!!!
