Griffin Team Still I Can Not Upgrade My Box

Dear Griffin Team, this is the 3rd email that I have sent to my suplier ( Griffin Authorized Reseller ) GSMDEVICE ( http://www.gsmdevice.com/index0.htm ) to upgrade my box, today I have no reply and no solution to my problem. As of today they are still selling your product. Is there any way for me to solve my situation?

As you can see, the list of boxes with my serial number is getting biger, ???????, I think that you need to do something in order for me to upgrade my box, I have been trying to get my file from you since September 2004, now is January 2005, I send you an e-mail 2 days ago and I have not recieved any answer yet. Is this a game?, because when I send you the money It was a real money you received. I do not understand Griffin Team talking about clone boxes and so on, I think that I bought my box from a Authorized suplier and a good and responsible business, now even i-phone has sold Griffin box with my serial number, wich I think is a responsible business too.

Mr. Chenping I will copy this email at https://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f228/ , so I can comunicate my situation with Griffin Team. I will apreciate you do something about my Griffin Update.

this guy trying to play with you maybe he know your box serial..if he is the owner how come he dunno where he buy from..

please correct me if i am wrong
