My problem solve... i need to update my box... but my pc give me error so i assume it was faulty, then i saw a post with same problem, he say he can't do update on his pc so he try other pc and it work. i rush to my friend shop n plug in my griffin n it was updated can be use again... but i dun think it can run on 2.85 anymore... it give me bad activation follow by the box id... but i am cool..

That is one of the first words on 2.0861 instruction manual.
After update, won´t be able to run older versions like 2.085 and so on.

i have problem with griffin , i try to flash dead Nokia 3220 i have this error :
Initializing Phone...
Flash configuration:

The common advice would be -> delete all FIA, reinstall lastest FIA and check cable...
But you probably know and done that already...

i do it , i download fia flash files 3.51 from griffinteam and problem still same

Failed to find FIA file in 'C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\flash\
In 9933534516f the cases this is caused by corrupt FLASH folder.
Fully DELETE the contents of the Flash folder,
and then Install the latest FIA package!
Error[78878778]

This problem not Griffin box.
Rebolling flash ic and phone be worked perfectly, if flash good, but if the flash is bad change it.
Another problem - is broken data between flash and cpu after water.

Well does you have FIA well installed?
Try doing as it says, delete FLASH folder adn reinstall FIA, maybe new 3.19.0
