N73 problem with write RPL !! !! - GSM-Forum

HAllo I try write RPL becouse phone have IMEI 12345600654321 and simlock to all network but I got this when I try write RPL.

NSS: RPL File: 359738001745597nss.rpl
NSS: Checking RPL file...Done.
NSS: Uploading SP locks...Write Error!
NSS: Uploading NPC...Done.
NSS: Rebuilding Security Area...Error!

I use cabel with ressistor 5,1 and 7,5 on BSI line and 68k on BSI to GND and phone is on local mode and I change mode like I want and I can flash phone without problem with this cable.. And now I don't know what is wrong. After write this RPL I have contac service massage on phone and can't do anything more. I try full erase and after this write firmware and after this phone turn on but I have IMEI bad and simlock to all network and after write RPL IMEI is ok but I can't write simlock data. I need help. bye

Hi,

You can not rebuild the security area if the simlock is not uploaded. Try to make
a fbus log please on upload.

Is the IMEI bad after NPC upload ? This mean the log file is not correct.

After write RPL IMEI is ok but simlock is for all network and after write RPl phone have contact service massage on screen. ANy help to fix this ??

Hi,

Make sure you have internet connection while uploading the file and give
NSS internet access from your firewall. You need have simlock upload success
and then NSS will rebuild the security area using our server.

I know this when I write simlock data rest will work but I don't know why I can't write simlock data always error is. ANy help welcome what to do to write this succesfull !! !!

make sure phone is in local mode ,for this you need cable with correct resistance value - see help desk on F1 web site

then upload only simlock by tick simlock check box in security and unchecked NPC

I have good cabel I know what I do becouse I fix 20 phones for now but with this phone I have always error when try upload RPL with only simlock data too. Always ERROR. Other help ??
