Inrared Problem - GSM-Forum

I have irda ma620 more than 100 pcs. When i connect infrared it works for 5-10 min. aprox. then it shows profolic usb to serial cable. It happens when in windows/system 32/driver/ser2pl is avalable. Once this happened you can never use it. I think there is some solution either write it ic or anything else. ANYBODYN CAN HELP ???

Had lot of trouble with any application using Prolific Technology's ser2pl serial/usb driver.

This was one of the main reasons I switched to Bluetooth.

But in many models only infrared facality available not bluetooth.

I think you need to reinstall drivers

I tried that out many times. Even than infra does not work even any other computer. I want to know what happened exactly and need solution.
