Cannot get Matrix work with 3rd party software

Would like to ask for some help on getting matrix work with Noktool, Rolis, and for example B-Phreaks Eeprom Tools. None of the mentioned softwares will work for me.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regards

When you want to work work with third party software you have to switch the switch to DCT3.

In this way you can work with 3rd party software.

My box doesn't have a switch. I know there are pins on the PCB for the switch. Which position is which? I mean when do I short the 2 pins? But to tell the truth I tried it shorted, and unsorted but still no luck with 3rd party softs. Any other ideas?
