Dct3 problem - GSM-Forum

when ever i put box on DCT3 and run DCt3 software it says box not found
on DCT4 it runs and say dongle ok

on read info and unlock it works
but in flashing it says wrong response ... wht the hell is wrong with the box ????

al ok pakcages and software are in C:\wintesla

I have same problem...but no answer from the reseller...really it's too silly support from own reseller ....any help or any answer .

if u can use DCT3Matrix software then u have allways switch box to DCT4 mode

if box is switched to DCT3 mode then it works with 3rd party softwares only

on DCT4 also it read the fone but not flash .. always error 2 or Wrong info ..timeout

i got my matrix box.

same problem, i should always switch to DCT4 else software not works and says: BOX NOT FOUND

what's problem?
who is responsible?

lol I see noone read manuals - neither do I but DCT4 switch side is working with DCT3 sw. Make sure your version is the right one - Revolution for DCT3 is not the same as OVERLOADED DCT3 sw working on DCT4 side of the BOX. THE DCT3 side of the switch is only for use with ROLIS, KNOK, FLASHER and other 3 rd. party sw. If really not work the box could be faulty from the production line - they often forget to solder some parts on the PCB and sometimes DIOD "K" is wrong way or RESISTORS are swapped etc. So try to open the box, resolder all the parts and if not help, please contact your reseller, this is just electonical device like TV or others...
