cant unlock t230 sonyeriscson with ufs

hi i try to unlock a t230 sonyericsson but the code dont work. a read it with ufs i try unlock but when i put the sim it say wrong card

can anywone help me

.. and check the lock state of the phone.. maybe its 4 locked state..
