9500 Phone lock. How clear ? - GSM-Forum

I use Dctx_Ufs_13h.exe software to clear phone lock. But no help.
Reset User lock not work for me

. After all UI options reset lock stay in phone.
I need flash phone ?

I have this files:
RA2_4441.352
RA2n4441.c01
RA2n4441.u01
RA2nxxxx.P01.pp
What files i must use in:
MCU..
PPM..
CNT..
?
UFS can flash 9500 phone without problems ?

yup unlocked 3 9500 using ufs

hi
no1 really ANYSWERED anno ? about files to select to flash phone n weather at this point its safe to flash the phone

i have also tryed to factory reset n default user code
BUT failed

i get 2nd boot arror

any help advice will be appreciated

folow my steps it may help u
1-init sim locks
2-full factory defaults
3-change into normal mode
4-format user area
try again if error occured
if no result try to flash it
1-ur mcu r (RA2n4441.c01)
2-ur ppm r(RA2n4441.l03)
3-ur cnt r(RA2n4441.u03)

flashing problem error

when i select
1-ur mcu r (RA2n4441.c01) <<<-- i get error"NOTHING TO FLASH"

if i select Ra2_4441.352 i get this error then :

I can't unlock phone code with ufs without flash firmware update.

ufs not support flashing for 9500
only jaf or pbb

Yes UFS only support Partial Flashing 9500, not PDA part.

Also the initSimlocks & Reset UserLock (on some versions) with UFS cant Reset the security code...

Please Try this...

Read PM area start 20 to 40...

Open PM Files using notepad...
Find Record /Section 35, key 0...
U will get 7 bytes-->the defaults : 31323334350000
Just remove the chr 3, and u'll get: 123450000
the security code for this the first 5 digit--> 12345

Tested 100% working by me on some DCT4 & WD2 phone..
Please try it, post ur Result here...
