i can't flash with dctx_13
but i can unlock,,,,,
i can see mobile info

i have a ufs-2

if one can help me please,,,,,

1) check the flash file location. (C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products)

if it's correct, then i have this problem too
I can unlock Nokia 1100,3100 but can't flash them with my box, i didn't check old suite, just checked with 1.3

@ali42 need more detail. a screen shot will be good. maybe i can help.
check this first: you,re using UFS-2 box and dct-x v.12i. I think, you must update it first into dctx 12m. Which this update need a special file which it's called FBI file. and this file you can get from your reseller only. after that al steps,... if you want to use v13, it need string activation code which available @ support area.
let me guess.. do you got "auth error message" when try to flash?
