NO, it is not like that. We are not producing a cigarette lighter, but a device for profesionals. So SUPPORT IS VERRY IMPORTNT FOR OUR CUSTOMER.
Customer call or mail us every day to ask from activation strings till how to flash a T100.

And this support has to be give to customer by the dealer because he earn money for this too. THE DIRECT SUPPORT IS THE DEALERS BUSSINESS !!!
We sayd everytime : IT IS VERRY IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT RESELLER..

Here the view from my side, maybe will help you to understand the situation:
My phone is ringing all day like crazy, my e-mail folder is full everytime - i spend at least 8 hours every day giving support to MY customer.

Yes. I agree. I know that UFS Team very busy with thoese e-mail. but at least, when the reseller take $$$$ and dissapper, we can ask support direct from the author/producers. I've mailed many, many times but what I got is "contact your reseller" .
UFS can make something that Griffin can't, and Griffin can make something that UFS can't. Nothing is absolution. Both UFS & Griffin are OK. I'm angry because of the support of UFS. Hope UFS Team understand and don't do like that once again.
And I wanna say thank to Hams of support me.

hi.
this is Ghous again. I need to know did UFS-3 Torando support theis Nokia Amips like.
3361,6360,8265,8260,5120,6120,3360,3320,3560,3361, 3520 and 3560. If yes.

Then can i need any patch or upgrade virsion.

So Kindly plz tell me and i also need a UFS-3 tutorial/manual if any body have plz let me now .

how to setup ufs-3!!!!!!!! ?

hi every body, please can some body tell me how ufs-3 work, i just bought one but i can't use it, when i press "connect" it goes until "Licence: True
" but when i try to flash "as example 2100 ( i flashed it by griffin and its work)
but when i flash it by ufs it gives me that messege :
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Process Failed, Repowering Mobile

and i whant you to know that the cable is working 100%

hi i accept with mr gobi we need a good reseller & good support 4 2 week ago i m waiting to activate my 3 box silver 185xx-198xx-198xx i call my reseller many time
send an email 4 him also 4 the team ufs3 & 4 now no answer exept contact ur reseler
now my reseler was changed with new one i dont know if he can help me im from lebanon so please make every thing more easy directly

Dear Friends : For this kind of boxes , No body can help you . Ask me about this ufsxxx , My boxes is 100% original and untill now i cant make it work
i think finally i will put it in the rubbish .
so, try to sold it as its or put it in the rubbish .

Sure if u say so with cable, but what about connection between cable and phone and have u tested box func. with other (Nokia) phones?

uninstall ufs3 all program & flash files with ufs-3 driver delete phoenix folder also & restart the PC reinstall ufs-3 driver & program with all flash files.

i bough "silver" tornado box(ufs-3) with black cables wich look like griffin box cables from dubai,but when i visit somebody who has ufs-3 it's look different, i'ts blue, and the cable where blue too, and now i think my box is not original, now i have a big problem if that's right cuz that means no support, no download, .. etc
please can some body tell my if my box is original or what ?
