3650 booting problem and white screen. - GSM-Forum

i got dis 3650 dat does not boot to nokia logo and only on white screen.
i have flash it and formated it but no response.

try to erase first, at user area: 0x02400000-0x027FFFFF.
then flash MCU and PPM, Full factory default, and then Format user area

man if u have been flash ur phone and there is no result
u have to erase flash with erase flash and flash ur phone witth latest version 4.17
and it will be ok
after u flash ur phone u go for full factory defult and format user area
it will go and be alive again
note .
if not u try to flash it again without flashing BT
