Yes all well and good but how come after purchasing box and registering and able to log on .After a 2 weeks I was no longer able to log on and after various emails to your team no reply and after 6 months still get

Reasons can be:

Still awaiting admin approval.Check 24hrs after registration.
Your box is not from original Tornada series and your login declined.
You filled wrong or missing informations and your login declined.

What kind of support is that I bet I get no reply my advice to anyone unless they have office you can visit dont buy from anyone it seems you are begging even though you paid for there product.
