i had this phone brought to me you need the origanial info from the phone it self if not then it is time to buy a new one for your coustermer (cheep 30.00 )

i think better check phone first by leaving the phone on for a few minutes before buying RPL. If phone shuts off, then dont waste time money buying RPL.
